What Fruits Can Dogs Eat? The Safe (and Unsafe) List
Dogs can safely eat many fruits in moderation, including blueberries, watermelon (seeds and rind removed), apples (no core or seeds), bananas, strawberries, and mango. A few fruits are not safe: grapes and raisins are toxic, and cherries and avocado are best avoided.
Fruit should stay an occasional treat, no more than about 10% of your dog's daily calories, because of the natural sugar. Tap any fruit below for the full vet-reviewed guide with safe serving sizes by weight, how to prepare it, and the risks to watch for.
