Bearded Collie

The Bearded Collie is an enthusiastic herding breed that requires plenty of exercise. This native of Scotland makes a good family dog but does require regular grooming.

  • Regarded in Scotland for its ability to manage the rough terrain and endure the rainy, cold conditions
  • Depicted in artwork as early as 1771
  • First American litter was born in 1967
