Dec. 23, 2008 -- According to an AP survey, 67 percent of pet owners say they understand their animals' woofs, meows or other sounds. Eighteen percent said they comprehend their pet's language completely. Conversely, 62 percent of pet owners surveyed say that when they speak, their pet understands. Click here for the full report.
